On Friday, I’ll be going on a mini-vacation to South Carolina.  I can’t wait to escape for a few days and explore a new part of the country. 

It seems as though I’ve taken a bit of a vacation from blogging lately as well.  But, don’t fear.  There are many new and exciting things in the works that I’ll share with you soon.  I’ve got some big plans to do some re-decorating in my apartment, overhaul of my warm-weather wardrobe (say that 10 times fast), new summer recipes I’m eager to try, and adventures I plan to go on. 

So, as I gather all of these new ventures together, please be patient with me.  One of my favorite things about blogging is that the blog changes as things in my life change.  Lately this means I haven’t had much time to write at all, but when I come back I will (hopefully) have a lot of new, interesting, and mildly amusing things to share with you.
